Pett Level - looking towards Camber
With the forecast looking fair I drove down to Pett Level yesterday to enjoy an afternoon of late summer sun. The beach had visitors with a few swimming in the sea, but it was very quiet - just as I had hoped. The weather turned out to be as changeable as the tide. Warm sunshine one minute with wonderful highlights on the dunes at Camber, then cloudy with a breeze the next (pleased I took my fleece).
It was so good to be on the beach with the fresh sea air.
